- Design your strategic offering plan
- Design a high-converting landing page for your authentic offering.
- Design your offer page to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Set up your custom domain if needed.

What's the difference between a course and The FIRM FAITH Leadership Success Coaching Certification Program?
Great Question!
- A course has a set timeframe (e.g., 6 weeks) and offers a relatively small transformation. For example, one of the nine decisions in this certification program could be repurposed into a course (e.g., management your finances wisely).
- This certification program provides a greater transformation because it will allow you to master nine life-changing decisions that address your most important life domains.
- It is not uncommon for other programs to have an aim to help you achieve one goal, such as design an online course. However, in this certification program you will be challenged to not just develop your authentic offering but also to do so without sacrificing your wellbeing or the wellbeing of others.
- This certification program challenges you to not just learn for yourself but also to learn by teaching and coaching others. The process provides you with a deeper long-term transformation.

About Firm Faith
Dr. Firm Faith Watson currently serves as the Director of the Faculty Development Center at Murray State University. She is a leadership coach and the President and Founder of Firm Faith University, the official sponsor of the Wise Leader Virtual Summit and the Wise Leader Conference.
She designed and facilitated professional development to serve leaders in the United States and beyond including the Leadership Coaching Institute, the ALIVE - Accelerated Leadership in Virtual Environments Challenge, and the Virtual Course Design Challenge.
