God told us how to achieve true success:
- "This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth;
- but thou shalt meditate therein day and night,

Decision 1: FATHER
Spend Quality Time with Your Heavenly Father
- Make wise decisions among seemingly right alternatives consistently.
- Identify how you prefer to spend quality time with God, by using or adapting relevant strategies from the PREFERRED WAYS model.
- Develop a plan to spend quality time with God consistently, using or adapting relevant sections of the the FIRM FAITH planning guide.
- Evaluate your habit of spending quality time with God consistently, using the habit tracker and the ANALYZE model in the planning guide.
- Coach others to help them spend quality time with God consistently.

Decision 2: INTERESTS
Align Your Goals With Your God-Given Interests
- Align your goals with your God-given interests (desires) for this season.
- Develop your authentic love offering strategic plan.
- Develop a plan to work on your authentic love offering consistently.
- Evaluate your habit of aligning your goals with your God-given interests (desires), using the respective tabs of the FIRM FAITH planning guide: vision, quarterly goals, weekly objectives, habit tracker, etc.
- Coach others to help them align their goals with their God-given interests (desires).

Thrive in Your Relationships
- Identify the relationships that are significant for you to thrive in, using the NEIGHBOR model.
- Write specific goals to help you thrive in your relationships.

- Evaluate your habit of investing in your relationships using the habit tracker and the ANALYZE model in the FIRM FAITH planning guide.
- Coach others to help them thrive in their relationships.

Use Your Authentic Learning Models
- Develop your authentic model to transform yourself and others.
- Use your authentic model to design your learning modules.
- Develop your learning modules in your learning management system.

- Coach others to use their authentic learning models.

Decision 5 -FINANCE
Manage Your Finances Wisely
- Use divine principles to write short-term, medium-term, and long-term financial goals, including plans to increase your finances,
- Design a high-converting landing page for your authentic offering.
- Design your offer page to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Set up your custom domain if needed.
- Forecast your finances (e.g. using the cash pattern worksheet, business cash flow forecast, and personal cash flow forecast).
- Coach others to manage their finances wisely.

Decision 6 - AUDIENCE
Identify Your Ideal Audience
- Answer 911 questions to help you identify your ideal audience.
- Initiate meaningful interactions with your ideal audience.
- Write specific goals that will help you to serve your ideal audience.
- Evaluate your progress of confirming your ideal audience,
- Coach others to help them identify their ideal audience.

Decision 7 - INSPIRATION
Inspire Yourself and Others
- Describe the following that tend to inspires you: who, what, when, where, etc. and vice versa.
- Develop a plan to optimize your inspiration while minimizing the probability of you being uninspired, considering who, what, when, etc.
- Inspire your audience by allowing them sample (taste) your authentic offering by (e.g., by offering a 5-Day Challenge or a 2-hour Masterclass.
- Evaluate your progress of inspiring yourself and others.
- Coach others to inspire themselves and others.

Decision 8 - TEACHER
Be a Wise Teacher for Positive Transformation
- List the wise teachers who could help you achieve your
God-given desires. - Develop a plan for learning from your teachers, including
reaching out to your teachers or reviewing their resources. - Share your knowledge and skills via your authentic offering
(e.g., a message, academy, certification, or a course). - Evaluate which teacher(s) to stop, start or continue learning from.
- Coach others to be a wise teacher for positive transformation.

Decision 9 - HEALTH
Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle
- Rate your level of satisfaction regarding the components of the
RESET NOW model (rest, exercise, sunshine, encouragement,
nutrition, outdoor air/activities, and water). - Decide how the different aspects of the FIRM FAITH model are
significant to helping you maintain a healthy lifestyle. - Write your vision for maintaining a healthy lifestyle using the
FIRM FAITH Planning Guide and the RESET NOW model. - Evaluate your progress of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
- Coach others to help them maintain a healthy lifestyle.

What's the difference between a course and The FIRM FAITH Leadership Success Coaching Certification Program?
Great Question!
- A course has a set timeframe (e.g., 6 weeks) and offers a relatively small transformation. For example, one of the nine decisions in this certification program could be repurposed into a course (e.g., management your finances wisely).
- This certification program provides a greater transformation because it will allow you to master nine life-changing decisions that address your most important life domains.
- It is not uncommon for other programs to have an aim to help you achieve one goal, such as design an online course. However, in this certification program you will be challenged to not just develop your authentic offering but also to do so without sacrificing your wellbeing or the wellbeing of others.
- This certification program challenges you to not just learn for yourself but also to learn by teaching and coaching others. The process provides you with at deeper long-term transformation.

About Firm Faith
Dr. Firm Faith Watson currently serves as the Director of the Faculty Development Center at Murray State University. She is a leadership coach and the President and Founder of Firm Faith University, the official sponsor of the Wise Leader Virtual Summit, the Wise Leader Challenge, the FIRM FAITH Leadership Success Academy, the FIRM FAITH Academy Launch Intensive Coaching Program, and the Wise Leader Conference.
